Jim Hicks

Jim Hicks has over 25 years of experience designing and programming learning delivered via computer-based means. From his first course delivered via DEC VAX minicomputer to the latest cloud-based initiatives that include mobile delivery, Jim has experienced the good, the bad and the ugly which is e-Learning. He would have it no other way. Jim's favorite activity is helping clients as they feel their way through the technological maze of improving employee performance via the Internet and company intranet. All of Jim's projects begin with a solid foundation of instructional design.

Jim has a Master's degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University.
